HOURS OF OPERATION FOR IN-STORE PICKUP
Regular Shipping: 16-18 business days for $40
Express shipping: 7-9 business days for $65
Place your order online and if we don’t have the items you’re looking for at the designated store we can ship them from our distribution center. This process usually takes 16-18 business days for regular shipping at the 40$ price. Express shipping price is $65 between 7-9 business days’ delivery time. There are 36 hours shipping time at the overnight shipping $125 on special request of customer and prices are higher for overnight. After your payment is certified and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges plus cost of returning the package to us.
REFUND POLICIES FOR CUSTOMERS
There are following cases where a customer can apply for a refund
No refund can be issued, if the payment has been made and the order has been forwarded to the Shipping Department.
The customer can apply for a refund, in case the order has not been received within 45 days by the customers. However, the following non-reception causes will not be refunded:
- Customer changed his/her address.
- Customer provided wrong address.
- The order arrived at the right address, but there was no one to claim it.
- The order arrived at the right address, but someone else claimed it
- INEFFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We try to provide top notch products for customers, if the customers claim that the products are still ineffective, the customers can apply for a refund with the following things in their mind
- A clear picture of the lab test report.
- A vivid picture of the products
- A lucid picture of the package (Envelop, box etc.).
- Order number.
- BACK ORDERED ITEMS
On a very few occasions we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a small delay of shipment for your order. If an item is back ordered we will inform you via e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as possible they are available. If your order has multiple items, you will be given the option as to whether you would like the order shipped in full when the back ordered item is back in stock, or whether you would like the in-stock items shipped first, and the back ordered item shipped as soon as it turn up back in stock. We will not charge any additional fees to split the shipment.
Limited Product Warranty
We warrant that all products shall be free from flaws for the stated warranty of the producer. We make no representation, expressed or indirect, as to the intended purpose of any item and any other matter relating to the product. As a provider of product, we will act on customer’s behalf if an item is faulty. Our sole and exclusive duty shall be to replace the product at no cost to customer or refund the purchase price and all incorporated freight costs. This decision is the sole discretion of our customer; he/she will be responsible for all excess charges occurred for fraudulent or false warranty claims.
We as a wholesaler of item are reliable for some other expenses or costs including immediate or circuitous, significant, accidental or reformatory harms or claims. It is the client’s obligation to full out any guarantee data from the maker. We will aid any issue, yet extreme and full duty regarding plan of action with the maker. The guarantee put forward represents all buys and supersedes any terms and conditions communicated or inferred by client.
